These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Bandar99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Bandar99 website located at https://bandar99.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, and any other gaming or wagering products offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Bandar99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Bandar99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Bandar99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may only hold one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Bandar99 or any other gambling operator.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Own Funds: Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding of accounts is strictly prohibited.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bandar99 is required to conduct identity verification on all Accounts, particularly prior to the processing of any withdrawal. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or international passport;
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to Account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Bandar99 support immediately via live chat.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bandar99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers to and from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) are also accepted. All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the Bandar99 Account holder.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Bandar99 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that are suspected to originate from third-party sources or fraudulent payment instruments.
• Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from Bandar99's operational funds.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied in full;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits for your Account tier;
• The requested withdrawal method must match a payment instrument previously used to fund your Account or verified as belonging to you;
• There must be no active security review, fraud investigation, or dispute associated with your Account.

Bandar99 targets the following processing timelines: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative targets and not guaranteed service levels. Actual processing times may be affected by banking infrastructure, KYC status, and transaction volume.

Bandar99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentive schemes to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with the relevant promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements will be specified in the applicable promotion terms and typically range between 10x and 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money balance is staked, unless the Platform specifies otherwise in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bandar99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or system exploitation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses will be closed and funds forfeited.

6.2 Refer a Friend Programme

Users who participate in the Refer a Friend programme are subject to additional terms specific to that promotion. Referral bonuses will only be credited once the referred player satisfies the minimum qualifying deposit and wagering conditions. Fraudulent referrals or self-referrals will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.

All sports bets, casino game rounds, and other wagers placed on the Bandar99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 Sports Betting

Bandar99 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting across a range of sporting events including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international tournaments. Odds are displayed in the format chosen by the User. All bets are void if an event is abandoned before the relevant outcome is determined, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games offered on the Platform are powered by certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for individual games is available within each game's information panel. Bandar99 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from game malfunctions that result in a null or void round — affected bets will be refunded.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding the outcome of a bet or game must be raised with Bandar99 support within 72 hours of the relevant event or game round completing. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. Bandar99's decision on all disputes is final subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bandar99 Platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, technical faults, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activities;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Any systematic approach to exploiting promotional offers (bonus abuse).

All content on the Bandar99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and game content, is the intellectual property of Bandar99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Bandar99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bandar99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or betting opportunities resulting from Platform downtime or technical faults;
• Losses arising from delays in transaction processing by third-party payment providers;
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Bandar99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Bandar99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are available to all registered Users free of charge via the Account settings section.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Bandar99 support. Upon closure of your Account, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of any applicable charges will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Bandar99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• Regulatory requirements or licensing conditions so require;
• The Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without a positive balance;
• The User has been identified as being under 21 years of age.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bandar99 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

Bandar99 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful, appropriate, or available in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction do so at their own initiative and risk, and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Bandar99 does not hold and does not claim to hold any licence issued by any Malaysian domestic regulatory authority.

Bandar99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, either by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

Your continued access to and use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
